Its not a useful product in terms of battery charging. If I talk for 30 minutes, battery charging is completely gone. I didn't expect this from Philips. Was this review helpful?

Some issue with phone are: It switches off on low battery without warning, even the date time is lost. Ear piece is not loud enough thus have to hold very hard on ear. Battery life doens't seem to be as good as claimed, little stand by and talk time, even when charged fully.
Rest seems to be Ok. With price offered, i guess, little compromise is fine.

This is a nice compact phone with a full set of features generally not found for this price. Clearity is great, speaker phone is a must have for me. Only downside: Missed call LED cannot be turned off and blinks although call was received on another phone. It also takes a couple of annoying steps to turn it off. I'm going to cover it up. In the past few years,I have purchased a number of products with the Philips name and I have yet to be disappointed. This phone is no exception. We can take it anywhere in our nearly 4,000 sq.ft. home and receive a strong signal. It also has a speaker-phone option and can be used as well with a headset (it has a belt clip for that purpose): so you can talk while doing other things or as you walk around the house or office. I can think of nothing that I can say that would be negative-when compared to other cordless phones I have used. Try it you may like it. Was this review helpful?

This is an excellent cordless phone at a very reasonable price. I bought it to replace a cordless phone that seemed to have problems with static and the sound breaking up whenever it was anywhere near my computer. This Philips phone is as clear as a bell, no interference problems. The handset and base unit are small and convenient to use and handle. The features you need and want are all there, but you certainly have to read the manual more than once to find and use them. Setting up the phone book, for example wasn't as simple as I would have liked. Also when you view a phonebook entry on the display, you see only the name and not the phone number.
All in all, however, I would certainly recommend this phone. It's much better than my old one which was a major brand. Was this review helpful?
