At the time of this writing, I have only used the item for ~2 weeks, and I have never owned another digital frame so I have little basis for comparison. I consider myself to be relatively tech-savvy, and it took me at least 10 min before I felt comfortable using the device. Loading and deleting images was cumbersome and time-consuming. The frame itself is gorgeous; I especially like the chrome stream-lined support. Also, I had to spend quite a bit of time resizing images to fit the frame. The aspect ratio is wider than most standard resolutions and unless you resize your images (especially ones taken vertically) the frame will crop your images with less-than-ideal results. The names of the files must be in a specific naming scheme.
For example, all the filenames must start with DSC.
