1 of 5 Sterifab Does Not Work well on Bedbugs Thursday, June 11, 2009

I had a slotted twin bed in one of my tenants rooms with bedbugs. I stood it on its head and sprayed Sterifab on it 5 different times during the course of a day. I sprayed so much that a huge puddle formed from the Sterifab dripping from the frame on to the floor. Everytime I came to check after the first spraying, I saw more and more bugs crawling around the frame. After more than four hours, these should have been knocked dead. But they were not. Poor product for killing bedbugs fast. Was this review helpful?

Steri-Fab is a great solution to mold and dust mites for those of us who have allergies. I use it on rugs and upholstery as well as cellular windowshades to eliminate mold and dust mites. It is alcohol-based so it works quite well and dries quickly without leaving a residue or staining. I spray it on periodically and that's it. Works great! It does have a strong smell at first so if you plan to use a lot of it wear a protective mask designed for spraying chemicals. Was this review helpful?
