This product is very sturdy and smooth at the same time. I could do about 60 regular and elevated push-ups without the perfect push-up. This product is very intense. On my first try I could barely do 20 regular push-ups with this product. Very intense workouts, would recommend, if you would like to get a cheaper one go for the original instead of the travel.
