Features: DVD Drew (Martin Henderson), a charming law school student, but also a "guy's guy," falls in love with Julia (Piper Perabo), a strong-willed and beautiful co-ed with an irresistible wit and smile, just two months before their graduation. Not wanting to part ways, Drew impulsively asks Julia, his first real love, to move with him to Los Angeles. Enamored, Julia agrees. Drew quickly adapts to life in LA, but Julia finds it a bit more difficult. Eventually, the two form friendships with their quirky neighbors (Jennifer Tilly and Artie Lange) and a host of outrageous LA characters, including Drew's Boss (Joe Pantoliano). But trouble soon finds its way into the couple's lives. An overly ambitious Drew gets caught up in the "Hollywood scene" and Julia begins to notice her boyfriend's wandering eye. With their relationship at the breaking point the two come to understand that living together has bitter and sweet moments, but love is strengthened by experiencing both. A refreshingly and sometimes painfully honest romantic comedy with both hysterical and tender moments that proves Opposites do attract. The question is, can they last?
 Editor's Note
Two sweethearts move from smalltown America to the big city of Los Angeles, where they find a kooky array of characters in PERFECT OPPOSITES. The couple in question are Drew (Martin Henderson) and Julia (Piper Perabo), who travel to L.A. to follow Drew's dreams of becoming a lawyer. Drew finds himself drawn into an exotic life of partying and high-powered business when they arrive in the city, but Julia has a much harder time adjusting her lifestyle. Among the laughs provided by the eccentric cast of locals they meet (who include performances from Jennifer Tilly, Joe Pantoliano, and Artie Lange) comes numerous problems for the couple, leading to their relationship being thrown into turmoil and doubt by Drew's new lifestyle.
