Williams' "Cavatina (Theme from The Deer Hunter)" and Vangelis' "Chariots of Fire" are probably the collection's most familiar pieces, although anyone with more than a passing interest in new age music will also recognized Yanni's "Aria," Jim Brickman's "By Heart," and George Winston's "Joy." Other highlights include Israel "Iz" Kamakawiwo'ole's charming "Somewhere Over the Rainbow/What a Wonderful World," Michael Nyman's "The Heart Asks Pleasure First/The Promise," William Orbit's "Adagio for Strings," and Ryuichi Sakamoto's "Merry Christmas, Mr. Lawrence."
