It's great for what it's meant to do. Sound is loud when talking. I am not sure if the previous reviewer has a different version but the Mini-Kit that I have supports voice dial and no it doesn't use the phone's voice dial support...but it might have something to do with the phone being able to send contacts via bluetooth connection. I bought it about a week or so ago and it's been working great. It turns itself off when the phone is which is a really great and pairs with the phone quite nicely.
Only problem I have had so far is that sometimes I can't seem to send contacts to the mini-kit and get some error. Was this review helpful?

I bought the Parrot MINI KIT Bluetooth Speakerphone for my wife for Christmas. She's always on the cell phone while driving - something that can be very hazardous. She love it. It's easy to use and the sound quality is excellent. Was this review helpful?

Pro's:
- Syncs with multiple phones
- Uses your phone's voice activated phone list
- Sound Quality good
- Good attachment to Sun visor
Con's
- Instructions where not great, but I was able to figure it out without calling tech support
- Have to actually be looking at your phone to know when to speak to use voice activated calling. Does not have a visual cue or voice cue to speak now. Timing is critical. The uConnect voice dialing features in my wife's Chrysler Pacifica is far superior to the Mini-kit.
- Your phone book does not actually load to the Mini-kit. It uses the cell phone's. Was this review helpful?

I pretty much like the Parrot mini kit. Directions aren't that great and had to call customer service who helped me set the kit up. The automated voice isn't very loud and you have to strain to hear what it's saying, but the volume is great for talking and listening during a phone conversation. You have to be careful not to push on the center dial or it changes the language on you, which can get very frusterating because you have to reset the language to where you want it again. Pairs easily and easy transfer of phone address book to kit. I would buy it again despite the flaws. Was this review helpful?
