5 of 5 Good quality, easy to install Saturday, August 29, 2009 A Customer from Farmington, MN
It took about 30 minutes to install this below my wall mounted plasma tv. It is sturdy and eliminated the need for a table for my TiVo. And now I don't see all the ugly cords & cables that go from the TiVo to the tv. I left enough space below the tv to allow me to place a DVD player on top of the TiVo if I so choose. Nice product. 5 of 5 Awesome! Thursday, January 15, 2009 Matt from Rancho Santa Margarita, CA
I don't like clutter and my wife hates clutter even more. Sometimes "organizers" simply add more clutter to your clutter. I have an old DUAL turntable that I added to my home theater / Stereo System. As you know a turn table is a tricky thing to hide and it took me a long time to figure out how to add it to my other junk without cluttering up the wall more. I can't have it sitting on my AMP because the AMP needs to exhale alot of heat out the top.
I finally decided on the PS200 Component Shelf. I only had one stud in the wall available, but they do sell Drywall anchors at Lowes that can hold a couple hundred pounds so it worked out Ok.
The PS200 Component Shelf is beautiful, strong, with some heft and easy to adjust. Not flimsy. In other words, after I carefully leveled the shelf, it remained level after I put the Turntable on it! That's very important.
The turntable litterally looks like it's floating because the shelf disappears once you put your component on top of it.
I highly recommend this shelf! Don't settle for anything less. Was this review helpful?
