Connections for HDTV owners - HDTV owners will appreciate the DVD changer with HDMI output. It can upconvert the signal from standard DVDs to more closely match your set's display, with resolution as high as 1080p. If your TV doesn't have a digital input, you can still get crisp video from an array of analog video outputs.
Enjoy quicker setup with a wireless link to the rear speakers - This system comes with a separate rear speaker amplifier that receives wireless signals from the main unit and powers your surround speakers. This unit has everything I wanted -- good sound -- "wireless" rear sound -- and most of all, even a technodummy like me could assemble the unit. Even though I made a couple of small mistakes (carpenters call it "measure twice, cut once") all I had to do was revert back to the instructions and reread them. A good buy! I was so surprised how fast it got here. I ordered this HT system on Monday at it was at my door on Wednesday. It was easy for me to set up and hook up to my HD TV. I have a space problem and these speakers fit quite well for me. The sound is excellent. I have a couple of music DVD's ( Eagles & BeeGees) that are incredable with this system.I saved at least $50.00 over the big box stores and did not have to cart it home.I don't think it would have fit in my Mustang.Buy.com is my electronics superstore. Yes, even I could figure out how to hook up this system to my new 42" Panasonic HDTV. Although I took a couple of wrong turns at first, it was easy to figure out where I had gone wrong, simply a case of rereading the directions. (Carpenters call it "Measure twice, cut once") -- and the home theatre system works very well. It is also a very user friendly system, allowing me the opportunity to "play around" with it and not mess anything up. This may not be the most sophisticated system out there, but it certainly suits my needs and wants extremely well. Was this review helpful?

Good quality sound output, the wireless rear speakers work great! DVD works great, especially the upconvert to HD. The sound is rich and the bass is deep, the only knock I have is the volume is a little low for cranking out music. Was this review helpful?
