Caller ID only works when the phone is plugged into ac power. The caller ID is hard to read. Wish they had a way to use 2 AA batteries for caller ID so I don't have to plug the thing in since I don't use the ans. machine part. Sound quality is as good as any panasonic phone. No regrets overall but I wish I had bought a phone with just 2 AA batteries for the caller ID. Was this review helpful?
