This headset is a great product, though best suited for use at a desk or driving, but a bit large for just wearing everywhere. Comfortable for long-term use, excellent audio, and good noise cancellation. I can have music, printing, and my loud computer in the background while talking to customers. They never hear anything, as long as the mic is aimed the right way. Handy mute button is *momentary*. However, my phone has a mute that is toggled, so this is perfect. Also, cable/connector issues are just a weakness of portable products. You do not want to pay for, or carry, a wire that will never break. Replacement 2.5mm plugs are easy to find, and cost 25-75 cents, but must be soldered.
Unfortunately, this item took several weeks to ship. I was not advised of this until I had forgotten about it and I received an email announcing that it had shipped. Delivery was timely from that point. Was this review helpful?

Great headset ... sure beats holding the phone up, especially if your on it often. This is my 2nd Panasonic KX-TCA92 set; the first one went kaput after about a year of use ... there was some kind of short in the wire near the jack. So, I would anticipate a life expectancy of maby 1.5 yrs. I was pleased with the performance, so I bought another identical set. Was this review helpful?

Although this is an outstanding product, it is lacking in two areas. The cord should be longer and the mute button should be such that one can set it to either off or on. The current set up is that one has to hold the mute button to mute the coversation. During long periods where I want to mute the coversation I either have to hold down the button, or put a clip over the button to hold it down. Was this review helpful?

These arrived in perfect condition and have worked extremely well for me. I have been having problems with straining my voice and I can speak at a normal level of loudness and be heard easily by others on my calls. I can hear them perfectly too. Highly recommend. Was this review helpful?

Very good quality. I received no complaining about my weak voice and I can hear the others' voice very well. The pad on the ear is thick and comfortable, and the headband does not squeeze my head. Best of all, it is inexpensive, and it works perfectly fine! Was this review helpful?

I didn't know what to expect when I was purchasing this headset. I am glad that I made this choice. I use this product to talk to clients on the phone and I have no complaints about noise in the headphone. The sound quality is good. I am satisfied with this purchase. Was this review helpful?
