I have a KX-TG2357 and a KX-TG55243 both with voice enhancement. I needed to replace both so I purchased a KX-TG6074B because it was the only one in the store with voice enhancement. The KX-TG6074B had worse sound and reception than either of the predecessors. It also lacked back light buttons. I suspect the poor reception was due to the fact that they put the antenna inside the phone. Was this review helpful?

I had been a V-Tech lover for over 16 years, but the last two models I owned did not give me good service at all due to the batteries that constantly need recharging and are too expensive to replace. So I decided to try another brand and found this one. I am very pleased with the performance. It is a lot for the price. And the batteries last like forever, even with the talking called ID that uses the speaker phone. I bought the 4 handset version thinking that if the battery runs out I have 3 more, but I never needed to switch to another handset. The only downside is the lack of a backlit keypad, but come to think of it, I never use it in total darkness anyhow. In general I would recommend it to everyone. Was this review helpful?
