It is very good in short distances as the voice quality is clear and sound as the treo 650 i have is not so good by design.
But the headset is not so great if I walk more than 10 ft from the phone and produces noise.

I've been using bluetooth headsets for a number of years now, and have had a number of Jabra's, Sony's, Logitech's, and now this one. It is, without compare, the best of the lot. My other favorite, the Jabra 250v, has less than 1/2 the headset range, and is a bit more difficult to synch.
I am using the Treo headset with both a Treo 680 and a Motorola KRZR currently, and it also worked well with my very old european-market RAZR.
The only little problem I have had was when I first got it. With my large fingers, it was easy for me to hang-up on callers when I adjusted the volume. After a number of false starts, I seem to have it down.
Otherwise, the charger is terribly easy to use, convenient, and quick, the battery life is quite good (one week plus) and it grabs the signal from both phones really well--meaning I don't have to manually tell them to connect...it simply works. No higher praise from me is possible.

I like everything about this headset especially that I can use the same charger as my treo 650 uses which means I can charge it in the car with my car charger. also the clarity is great. Was this review helpful?

Considering the placement of all buttons and hook design, it is Tekeon et2000 in a slightly different package. It is also $2 cheaper. But, Tekeon has a generic charger that you can buy at any store.
I bought a Tekeon about a week ago and it works with RazrV3c fine. I have to use the hook to secure it. The hook is quite flexible so that one can make it conform to the ear profile making it comfortable to wear. I am am also able to converse from 40 feet.

This is my first attempt at Bluetooth technology and it's a winner! This was made for the TREO 650 and I wouldn't use any other headset. It was $50 cheaper than most of the "high quality" headsets and it works really well. Sometimes it's a bit bumpy in quality near other wireless phones but it's simple to turn on and off, answer and hang up calls and to charge. The extra Treo 650 compatible charger was a bonus! The "on" light that blinks is a bit bright when you have it in your ear while driving at night but you get used to it. This thing is pretty darn comfortable as well but isn't totally secure (Don't jog with it, but you can sure take a walk with it). Overall, ANOTHER GREAT BUY AT BUY.COM! Was this review helpful?

Hi,
After hours of research on which bluetooth headset to purchase for my Treo 650, I decided on the PalmOne Treo Headset. I am totally satisfied with my decision.
The set up process was very simple and no problems. and the headset is very comfortable and fits well on the ear without any discomfort.
I read previous feedback that the volume on the unit wasn't loud, but I am very satisfied with the volume capability of the headset! This must of been resolved from those earlier production units.
So, if your not sure which bluetooth headset to buy...look no further, this is the one! Was this review helpful?

This is the best purchase I've ever made since I bought my Treo 650.....It was almost half the price of the retail value on here and also the headset works great and everybody tells me that they can hear me clearly.....I would definitely recommend it. Was this review helpful?

I bought this headset after reading the good reviews on treonauts.com but it has not been all that good for me. If I make a call to a land line there are not problems but if I call someone on their cell phone, they complain that they can hear themselves echo. Aside from that the product is ok.
