Although on the expensive side, it was worth the purchase. I love the animated transitions between time and temperature. it is also nice to see it adjusts for the light in the room. However, I wish it could be dimmed even more, for the light and transitions take some getting used to when going to sleep. You can adjust for just the time or temp display, but I like to see both when looking up at the ceiling. This was worth the price and I would recomment it. This would be great for those who may be confined to a bed, who cannot look over at a clock at the bedside table.
