I had written a previous comment stating how the first battery I had purchased from Buy.com had not lived up to anywhere near my standards. The battery only lasted for about a day and then once in my phone, would make my phone screen turn completely white. I think I had just received a bad battery. The customer service was very quick to respond and showed a great deal of concern. The customer support is great! They sent me a new battery and it arrived within a few days. I just got it and it's currently charging. I don't care if the battery turns out to not be great because the customer service is. I am satisfied whether or not the battery is good because the concern I received was enough for me.
