Running 64-bit Vista. This version is not compatible (won't even install). Now I have an open piece of software I can't use. Won't give it a "1" because I'm frustrated, but I have wasted my money. Was this review helpful?

I'm using the software right now to write this review to show how well it works. I will leave all the errors in so that you will see how often that happens. I got this program so that I would not have to type out all of my notes from my interviews, and it has helped me tremendously. The only thing I don't care for is the fact that you have to train it almost every time. When I say training, I mean you have to go in and make sure that the volume and everything is right. It doesn't take that long, I would just like for that not to have to be done nearly every time. Once you have a headset that works properly, you can get a lot of work done with this program. Just be aware that the headset that comes with this program not very good. I actually went out after having quite a few problems and purchased a new one, logitech stereo USB headset 250. Now the program recognizes my voice a lot better. And I don't have near the amount of mistakes as I did using the headset that was sent with the program. I highly recommend this program for anyone to have to do a lot of typing any reason. Was this review helpful?
