I received the cooling fan this afternoon. After figuring out how it is supposed to work, it's connected and cooling as I write. A simple set of instructions would make it easier for non-computer whiz's like me! Otherwise, just what I was looking for! Was this review helpful?

The first one I received looked as if it had been sat on and was cracked almost all the way accross the top and bottom. (Shipping's fault I'm sure) Surprisingly, it plugged it in and it still worked. The company PROMPLY sent me a replacement with no hesitaion of which I was well pleased. The 2nd one arrived in good shape and worked well. Only complaint is that it's a bit noisy, just a bit noisier than the fan in my laptop. The 1st one that was cracked was actually quieter! Still a good deal and performs well. SUPER easy to use, just plug it in. Was this review helpful?
