    I bought this for my niece on her birthday earlier this summer and from what I hear, she loves it. She says it's the best gift she ever got and never parts with it. Having said that, she said she has been able to use it without any problems. I only had to tell her how to use it with WMP and how she could transfer her WMA's instead of MP3's and get more songs at a better (or same) quality. Once she got the hang of that, she has been really happy. And she is all of 12 years. That means it's pretty easy to use and is tough enough. At that price, what else could you ask for?
