I recently bought a DSLR camera I was happy with my point & shot but wanted to take it to next level so made the investment, and let me tell you I was not too impress I was able to take some good shots and at times I was happier with the old point & shot so I did some research learned a bit a about lightning. But I was bit unsure about the extra money for the flash after all the camera had a build in flash, but let me tell you what a difference the SB-600 made, my pictures are full of life now. If you got a DSLR this is a must you will not be sorry. Was this review helpful?

I read a lot of reviews on this flash, and I bought it. This flash does everything I need. The quality of the pictures are astounding when you use it as a bounce flash, or when you add a $12 flash diffuser. The only important difference VS the SB-800 to me is the distance, but still this flash has an excellent distance.
I would recommend it.
