Alright this thing isn’t the best thing in the world if you’re looking outstanding stuff. I was looking to get an Mp3 player that had everything and IPod did except the price I got this thing on sale 29.99 for 4GB a black one at Kmart. I was skeptical because it was so cheap and when I did open it I honestly have to say it did feel cheap but this Nextar is one tough cookie. It’s great I use it to work out or listen to music at the library or in between my classes. I love it. The Headphones are good too. It’s really easy to use and my computer recognizes it like a USB or thumb drive. All you have to do is copy and paste or highlight and drag.
I have read that people have problems with the screen and it could be that they didn’t uninstall the device properly from their computer before taking it off. This thing only supports JPEG images and WMA's and MP3's.

This is the second one I have gotten. The first was at Wallmart online. I couldn't get the screen on that one to come on at all it was the MA797-4R (red). I got a quick refund on that one(Wallmart). Then when I got this blue one (MA797-4B)I could get initial screen (shows 2 electronic devices as a picture only) & when turned on would show the status of the battery. I could see it on my system & loaded the songs & videos on it. I followed all the instructions exactly, but I couldn't get the main screen to come on to play the songs or video files. After fiddling with it for some time I was able to get the main screen but after using it & turning it off I wasn't able to get the main screen back again. I even recreated the exact situation, but I couldn't get it back again. I don't think they're testing the product before shipping them out. When I called their support to get a replacement they told me that I would need to send $25.00 to get it replaced! Called them back they say only$5.00 needed. So unacceptable! It cost me $31.99! I am not impressed with nextar's product or their service. If I can't get a working product as a replacement I won't be getting Nextar again.
