I had a netgear wireless router and adapter that didn't work 75% of the time, so I figured I'd get this so I would be wired to the router. I can't get it to work. Netgear tech support is not helpful. There were NO instructions that came with it. NOTHING!
No install guide, no user's guide. I had to go to Netgear's site and download the manual. I can't believe a company would sell a product like this and not include instructions. If you buy this or any product from Netgear, I hope you have better luck than I did. Was this review helpful?

This thing really works. I moved into a new house and the router was on the main floor and my daughter's room was up stairs.
Without running ethernet wires I was able to connect her without a problem. Now I'm using one to hook up my office computer in the lower level (It's faster and more reliable than the airport I was using) and a networked printer that's by itself in the laundry room.
No errors, fast speed, al through regular house wires. Was this review helpful?
