I have several PS101 and they work great! I am sharing laser and impact printers. Once setup, I can forget about them!
This last one I was connecting to an old Okidata ML320 Turbo and the installer would not find the printer automatically as in previous installs. So I called tech support.
Immediate transfer to non-English speaking person who knew nothing about the product except what he read in a book. Next level support was also very difficult to understand and just as helpful. Highest level of support spoke broken English at least, but at then end of the conversation claimed it could not work with my printer, no other solutions provided and I must return it to my vendor (BUY.COM of course!) Totally wasted 90 minutes of my life. I could not believe such a standard printer would not work so I manually setup the software and had it working in under 30 minutes.

If the installation wizard works or if you are somewhat technical, it is a great product. Incredible bang for the buck! If you have trouble with the installation - hope you have patience! Was this review helpful?

It works fine with my HP LaserJet 4 Plus. It took me a little while to figure out the setup and understand that it creates a kind of virtual parallel port. Once I got beyond that blip, everything worked fine. Was this review helpful?
