The Netgear ProSafe 16-port switch is a great value and performs well. However, typically with most switches and routers, the ports are in the back and the indicator lights are in the front. On the Netgear Prosafe switch, both the indicator lights and ports are in the front, which makes it awkward to do the wiring. Was this review helpful?

I purchased this item about 4 weeks ago---since then i have had 8 LAN parties with 16 xboxes each time. This SWITCH reduces lag by routing the information where it is supposed to go instead of sending info to each port like a hub does. This is a really good investment. Was this review helpful?
