It's Mystery Science Theater 3000, America's only show that makes fun of really bad B-movies from the comfort of a spaceship floating above Earth. Mike Nelson, along with his mechanical companions, wisecracking Crow and well-read chick magnet Tom Servo, make suffering through Hollywood's worst films a breeze. Adding their own dialogue, barrage of witty remark, and an occasional colorful skit, the next hour and a half will fly by like it were only 90 minutes. There are no ushers with flashlights, crying babies, or women with big hair to spoil the fun.Fidel Castro, watch out 'cause The Three Stooges are coming to kick your butt! In Red Zone Cuba, B-movie big man Coleman Francis and his buddies set out to stage their own Bay of Pigs, or as Tom Servo puts it, "That's what they say about Coleman whenever he goes swimming." After capturing all the Havanas they can smoke, the troops decide to steal a plane. While everyone lies in wait, their brave pilot hops from one crop duster to the next trying to find a suitable ride. Dragging on too long, an impatient Crow blurts out, "Look. Peanuts aren't important. Just take one!" This film finally pushes The Satellite of Love crew right over the edge, especially poor Mike, who at one point thinks he's Carol Channing (eeek!).
