My Fitness Coach

very simple easy to get into exercise game. it really makes it easy to work out for an extended period of time. just wish it could incorporate that balance board and this game would be perfect.

I purchased the wii about a year ago and was very dissapointed with the fit. I thought I had perhaps wasted 400 bucks on another game console I won't use, then I saw this game and how highly rated it was so I wanted to give it a shot. I was dissapointed the game is not fit compatable but learned by using the game that it is not needed. The game is great! It is really like having a personal trainer, but in your own home. I quickly realized that I was not nearly in as well a shape as I thought. Its a great cardio workout and if you know anything about exercise then you can add intesity yourself if you find the game to be slow or lacking intensity. I gave it poor marks on graphics because it was a bit distracting that the instructor does not match up with the beat all of the time. Also that the instructor is kinda annoying.

Very good workout. The trainer keeps you moving almost all the time with a few rest and water breaks. Pretty easy exercizes but some can get pretty intense. I would recomend this to anyone trying to get into shape.

If anyone bought those Go Active happy meals for adults a few years back from McDonald's, this fitness DVD is essentially those. It is more interactive as you can set up a personal profile, but overall, I thought it was just okay. During my 20 minutes of cardio I had little breaks and I could barely breath, then during the 10 minutes of strength with weights it went too slow and gave too many breaks when I didn't even need one. The virtual instructor, Maya, gets annoying because she says the same damn thing over and over, but you can shut her up. She also moves quicker (at times) then an actual person and her hand weights just appear in her hands; she doesn't have to bend to pick them up.

Just got this game today & had one tough workout!!! Like how there's different kinds of workouts, cardio, pilates, yoga, etc. Was hesitant about getting this game at first and was considering this or Wii fit, but after reading the reviews for Wii fit I'm glad I chose My Fitness Coach b/c it is definitely worth the money!!

This tape lets you work out in your zone.If you want a good workout let her know and she gives you a harder one.Excellent if you like a good workout.

With so many variations, you can expect different workouts each day. This "game" is worth my whole collection of exercise DVDs.

For those of you who want a good workout that you can change unlike a video this is the way to go. But this is not a game if thats what you are looking for. I workout on a weekly base and feel i am in good shape. This game gave me a great cardio work out and kept my heart rate up. I would reccommed this to anyone wanting to get something extra to get in shape

This is a great product. You start off with an assessment of everything from your cardio health, to strength, lower body, and flexibility. You then list what kind of workout commitment - days and length of time - you would like. You also enter your weight and your goal - weight loss, cardio, flexibility, etc. You're then given your own personal workout program. At different segments in the program, you're asked how you felt. If you say it was too easy or too hard, that same segment is changed for next time. I love this feature as it really does personalize it for me. The only negative I'll say is the music choice - there really isn't any. You get three types of music to choose from - 80's, hip hop, or latin. It all sounds like elevator music. I wish they'd give you an option of your own music.

Bought this for my wife and i've ended up liking it as well. Well worth the price. Workouts can be configured for your weight and fitness level which is very nice. A scale along the bottom shows when routines will change ahead of time, so there are no surprises. Keeps you motivated. It's not a typical workout video. This is for those who are somewhere in the beginning to medium stages of working out. It's challenging but not the bootcamp type of dvd. Worth the money in my opinion. thx.
