Works good with good range but the cord for the antenna is way too short, I got this for a desktop PC and intended to set the antenna on top of my desk, the cord isn't even long enough to reach the top of the desk which leaves it on the floor behind the PC. Was this review helpful?

I purchased this from Buy.com. I received it within two days and this was just with the regular shipping service they offer. I installed it and was up in running in minutes. It's an easy installation. It works great. I recently moved into my house and had two computers and a laptop. Since I was going to have the two PCs in two different floors, I decided it was time to purchase a wireless card for my PC. It saved time and prevented the whole wire mess installation. It was delivered before I anticipated and was easy to set up. The only difficulty I had was figuring which mode I should be operating in. Once I thoroughly read the manual on the CD, it became clear. It has great reception, and I like the details in its reporting (signal strength, noise, etc.) It is a great value. Was this review helpful?

I have been using the adapter for 3 weeks now and have had no problems. Item arrived in 5 days, I snapped it in my dell deminsion 4600 with no problems. I am using it with my sattelite internet wireless router. Signal is good even thru a brick wall. Would recommend this item to all. Was this review helpful?

I've always wanted to try wireless but being an average computer user on the low end, I was hesitant (for fear), but when my son gave me a wireless router, and saw this wireless card at Buy.com being sold at a low price, I went for it. The installation was simple and easy. Windows xp immediately recognized the new device and I was online wireless. Now I don't need this RJ45 cable to connect to my DSL. The device is fast (802.11g) and I just sat the antenna on top of my desktop with the router a few feet away. This was truly a good bargain. Was this review helpful?

I bought this just because I needed a cheap wireless card that works with Vista. It's outperformed my expectations in every way! The remote antenna ROCKS, giving you the ability to place it in a prime location rather than hoping the electronic interference in your computer doesn't crush your signal. Was this review helpful?
