    I bought this radio for deer season in early Nov. When I got them one of them did not work and when I contacted buy.com I was told the return policy was 7 days from date of shipment and it took 8 days to get to me. Motorola support will not return eamils so I am stuck with a radio that was defective out of the box and no way to get it fixed. Avoid this radio or beware, you could get stuck with a defective product.
