Very happy with this bluetooth speaker phone. Easy to set up and use. I don't use the radio broadcast feature so I can't comment on that. I only use it as a speaker phone for hands free driving.

The Motorola 505 met my expectations. As I travel a great deal and am across state lines I never know which state has hands free requirements while driving. Also, I am hearing impaired and was concerned I would have sufficient volume to hear over road noise while driving. The 505 met all the requirements. The ability to broadcast to an unused radio station is handy, especially if driving with others who need to be in on the conversation. However, I find the internal speaker to be clear and with more than sufficient volume to overcome road noise and usually bypass the radio ability. After reading the documentation, it was easy to implement. Recommend to anyone who has hearing difficulties.

I did not believe there was a unit that was handsfree and could be heard clearly. I have a GPS with blue tooth and it is almost impossible to hear anyone ( and visa versa ) . This unit made me a believer. It exceeded all my expectations. My wife uses it with no complaints. Haven't figured out the radio part yet, besides that I highly recommend it.

This is the first blue tooth speaker phone I've used. I doubt that I'll replace it soon. It's easy to use, it connects automatically with phones that it knows, and it has really clear sound (even when using the built-in speaker). The only feature I wish it had is a means to enter numeric codes so I could check voice mail hands-free. I've never heard of any other products that do this either though. Folks on the other end haven't complained about echos or other speaker phone annoyances. I really like it.

Feature rich, nice small footprint however sound clarity could be better. Overall, a good value for the price.

Mine actually came in a box, even though it said poly bag. It works exactly the way it says it does. I am now hands free in the car. I have also enjoyed the heck out of streaming my mp3's from my phone to the car stereo. Though I need to work on finding less steps to make that happen (but that's a phone issue). I'm still fiddling with the details, but everyone I've talked to on this thing hears me with no problems and I definitely can hear them whether it's through the device or the car stereo. I even use this at home as a speaker phone. It's much clearer than the speaker on my cell phone. (Treo Pro - which I also love) I recommend this thing wholeheartedly! I just noticed that the other review said there was no rebate form in the box - I thought the $20 Visa gift card was just going to be mailed - guess I need to call buy.com about that, too - as I didn't have one either! Otherwise, I want to say how GREAT it is buying from buy.com - they ship quickly and so far everything I've bought has had no shipping cost. :)

Fantastic unit. Far better than any headset I have used. Sound quality is excellent both listening and speaking. I tried routing the sound through the FM transmitter, but the quality of the Unit's speaker makes it unnecessary given the hassle of having to keep switching stations to prevent interference. Simple to use and the battery life is astounding. It has proven to be an excellent product. Living in California where hands-free operation is Law it gets used every day for at least 2-3 hours so the review is based on real-world daily use.

Got mine the day after I ordered it, w/ the free shipping. Very happy w/ speakerphone, great performance. Despite labeled as being OEM, I received full retail packaging. Had to email customer service and got the rebate, currently waiting for rebate. Bought 2, quite satisfied overall.

Because of the great reviews this product was getting I've waited a year for this to come down to a reasonable price. I got it for $39.99 after a rebate and it was worth the wait. I've had Bluetooth headphones and headsets but they all suck compared to this product. The voice quality is great. Even found a FM station to broadcast over in NYC. The little blue light is not a big deal, so don't let that stop you from purchasing the device. However, what I'm most impressed with is the ease of use. I like gadgets and this is how gadgets should work. Everything makes sense and was easy to follow. Even my electrophobe wife could have set this up. Highly recommended.

This little gem (about the size of a pack of cigarettes) exceeded all my expectations in sound quality and ease-of-use. I now have the same hands free feature in my 2008 Saturn without paying the extra $10 a month for OnStar to link up to my Verizon account - which frankly is a big ripoff because they are already using the Verizon network to make and receive calls. Of course the 2009 Saturn includes Bluetooth connectivity! The price is right, especially with the $20 rebate, which for some reason was not in the box as advertised but after inquiring with buy.com's service team they quickly mailed me the proper rebate form.
