I bought this device specifically because it is so easy to get on and off my ear. The set up is very easy, reception is clear, and the unit is so unobtrusive that I forget I've got it on at times. The challenges I've encountered are the ear bud cover comes off and the ear loop broke (this is my second one). I've also been told that the background noise while driving in my car is an issue on some calls. Was this review helpful?

I do love this Bluetooth product so far, however, I have one issue with it. It seems to drain the phone battery faster than licketysplit.. It was a habit of mine to keep it on all day, but now I use it, turn it off and only turn back on when a call comes in. I've never had my phone battery drain that quickly before. Aside from that semi-minor issue, it's great.. Was this review helpful?
3 of 5 This bluetooth is very selfish when paired with an Wednesday, February 25, 2009 Brian Stenstrom from Portales, NM
I love this bluetooth for the most part, but I have a few issues with it. I alternate this bluetooth between a Jabra BT620 stereo bluetooth, but when I'm not using any bluetooth, I can't hear the caller. Is this a Motorola issue? or an issue with my (Sprint)LG Lotus?? The pads that came with the phone are handy...be sure to wear the right one that fits. I have scabs just inside both ear canals from wearing the wrong pad. I have since gone to a smaller ear boot.
This device beats my cheap Motorola set hands downs for blocking out wind and road noise. The clarity is very good, and I would recommend this to my friends. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 I have now purchased 5 of these for family members Tuesday, January 13, 2009 Lynne from Simi Valley, CA
This is a fabulous bluetooth! The sound quality is great, easy to operate and set up. Once you get used to it, you don't even know it's there. Lasts a long time on a charge. Highly recommend. Was this review helpful?

4 of 5 good product Wednesday, July 23, 2008 Rozy from Ofallon, IL
I like this bluetooth, however, i will the piece that goes around your ear was more flexible so i could adjust it to shape of my ear better. I also had the rubber piece that goes in your ear fall off the bluetooth. Lost forever, but the product did come with two addtional ones, althought the shape is different and not as comfortable. I wish there we specially made bluetooths for people with small ears. Was this review helpful?

4 of 5 Nice ear piece, Upgrade from H680 Sunday, April 27, 2008 Emperor from Washington, DC
The H12 is a nice ear piece and functions as advertised, however; I did not a big difference between this ear piece and the H680. The H12 comes with more accessories and looks better, but that about it. Was this review helpful?

I bought the new latest and greatest by Motorola thinking that I was upgrading over my previous Motorola flip style bluetooth. Not so! They provide 3 different ear pieces to choose from for the perfect fit.I can't use any of them without some serious problems with comfort and performance issues.I opted to go without the use of an earpiece.A little bit uncomfortable but better performance. Now to the real issue with this devise.Motorola markets the H12 as having superior state of the art transmission.Again...not so!Everyone I speak with (while driving) complains about not being able to clearly understand me.I drive a Honda Pilot which is not the quietest of vehicles, but the H12 was supposed to do a better job of filtering background noise. This was not a good purchase and was way over priced.
