If you are looking for a number dialing, call receiving device that can also be used to text in bind than this is a great phone for you. If you need music, pictures, games, and other luxuries than this is not for you. You can easily compare this phone to an early predecessor like a startek phone from the mid 90's. As far as reception and battery life, it's great. I get a couple of days of usage from one charge. Great as a backup phone. Was this review helpful?

Motofone F3 is designed to do what it is supposed to do, make calls.
Very Good speaker phone.
Call quality is good.
Simple design. Very good looking phone.
Inexpensive
accessing call history is not the best.
Battery will last 3-5 days. Much better than my other Phones.
I would recommend this phone if you only need a phone or if you want use this phone as temp phone, while you search for then next best thing Was this review helpful?

Overall it is a good phone for someone who only makes voice calls.
The good: it is sturdy, decent looking, seems to pick up signal well and has good battery life and sound quality. Display is very clear and has excellent visibility in direct sunlight.
The bad: phone book names are displayed in a rAndoM case (and there’s no way to change this behavior) and you usually have to scroll in order to see the full name. This makes the phone poorly suited for text messages. Also, voice mail indicator sometimes doesn’t go away after all voice messages have been picked up (you might have to turn the phone off and on to make it recognize that).

honestly i don't know much about it. i was trying to buy a cricket phone (which this isn't), so i think there should be compatability charts everywhere for phone buyers. however i did hear that there was a model of this phone which supported both SIM and CDMA ... i just gave this one to my exgf because she uses T-mobile, and it was cheap.
