Ear piece fitted perfectly, but the volume setting is not up to par. The volume setting is set to the highest level and everyone i called using earpiece could still barely hear me, i tried it with different phones with same result. Not the best bang for your buck. I really like this headset--I've had it now for about two weeks, and it's perfect to deal with the new hands-free law in CA. I use it mostly while driving or running quick errands, and it fits pretty comfortably (a bit loose but it never falls out), especially to wear for longer periods of time. It's not as fancy as other noise-cancelling or voice-enhancing headphones, but it's a good headset with good voice quality. some other people have mentioned random static noises--i've only gotten a little bit of static once since I bought it. On top of that, it's adorably tiny, and fits nicely in its little case to carry around in my purse! overall, i'm really happy with my purchase--for the amount of money I wanted to spend, I think this is the best I could have found! I have gone through 4 different headsets trying to find one that I can be happy with & this is it! It's comfortable to wear and very easy to use & set up. The people on the other end can't even tell I'm on a headset (they could with the other ones). I love that it comes in a carrying case & that it charges while it is in the case.
