It's not the best bluetooth on the market but Motorola makes a great quality poroduct. I bought this for my GF because she loves to talk on the phone (what woman doesn't?) I wanted her to be a little more safe in the Miami traffic so I purchased this for her. I tested it out since I own the Motorola H700 and it performs just as good. Very good reception and noise cancellation. Your voice comes through very well. The only two downfalls is, it takes a little to break in, can be uncomfortable at first and the sound it makes for an incoming call can be faint at best if you are in a loud area. Other than that it's great for the price and everyday use.

This is my first bluetooth over-the-ear headset so some of this might be inexperience. Sound quality is very good. Occasionally the sound breaks up but that is rare. The headset, in fact, would be a great product if it actually hooked on my ear correctly. It hooks snug against my ear until I move my head at which point the device waggles against my cheek like a dying fish. Maybe my ear is freakishly odd-shaped. It seems to sit properly on my girlfriend's more round ear. Consider you ear shape before you buy.

Battery life, i mean i last all day with it on & talking and sincerely it lasts me about 3-4 days, the longest is a week and a half w/o using it & charging it. sound quality is pretty good i mean, ive seen the other reviews and they complain about the other ppl not hearing u, and ive had no complaints and ive had it since November. You Wont Regret buying this product.

My husband originally purchased this item to use with his office computer for listening to the radio during work, but soon decided it was not useful for that purpose, so I inherited it which was fine with me because I was I the market for one anyway. This headset is comfortable, easy to use, and the sound is clear. The people I have talked to while using this say that they can hear me fine. The price is right. The only con I have found is that the battery has a really short life and the unit must be charged very often. If it is not charged daily, it will cut out during calls with no warning prior to doing so which is super annoying! This is no big issue to me because I don't use it daily. I only use this in the car or when I know I am going to be on hold for a long time during a call.

I bought this bluetooth in Sacramento and it seemed to be fine there, but once I moved to the Bay Area I had problems with static/interference and I constantly had calls dropped from my bluetooth to my regular in call phone speaker at random times.

Keeps you hands on the wheel. I am satisfied with the performance of this device. It was easy to set up and use with my motorola phone. I would recommend to my friends.

When I was researching for a new bluetooth headset, I selected this one because of the reviews it had as well as it's price. However, the first thing I noticed with this device is that it did not automatically connect with my phone once I turn it on like my old one did. That kind of bummed me out for a little bit. The second and last thing that I dislike about this headset is that my voice activated dialing has difficulty recognizing my commands and this was never an issue with my old bluetooth headset. I guess this is why it is so cheap. I'll adjust by manually connecting my headset with my phone and by not using the voice-activated dialing but should that really be necessary, when this headset is newer than my old Motorola headset?

I could hear fine on the ear piece, but I had several people comment that I was cutting out frequently on conference calls. I recharged it for several hours, and had the same complaints. You get what you pay for.

not the best motorola product easy tom use bit if you don't shut off blue tooth powe can easily redial everone.. go for a little more money motorola.. buy.com was easy and fast!!!!!

My wife wanted a Bluetooth headset so she can call while she's driving home from work. I promised her one for Christmas, but that went by the wayside. Found this one on the site and thought it looked pretty good and reasonably priced. So far, so good. I can't really comment on battery life yet. It's easy to use though. My wife's not the most "tech-savvy," so the fact that she can use it without a problem definitely proves it's user friendly.

Got this for my wife for Christmas. She's really liking it. I can't tell from the other end of the call that she's even using it - even when she calls from the car. I've had calls from people using lesser quality bluetooth wireless and it was just downright rude for them to even be calling on it because it was so obnoxiously loud and full of background noise. This earpiece is just wonderfully quite. It is pretty easy to set up. Her phone detected it right away. It takes a few uses to learn to turn it off rather than redial last call. Overall she's very happy with this product.

I got this headset for my teenagers, ages 18 and 16..they LOVE it! It's very comfortable! The only complaint has been the voice activated dialing feature, which my daughter cant seem to get it to understand her, but overall they are well satisfied! It was a great value and well worth what I paid for it.

This unit is very easy and great to use except for 2 things: 1. The sound quality is not great. It distorts the other person's voice somewhat. 2. When answering a call by pushing the bluetooth's button, there is a 5 second delay between when the phone picks up the call and the bluetooth does. That is pretty annoying but more from the other person's perspective.

I bought this earpiece just to try it out, but I ended up really loving it. I havent had it that long ( a few weeks) but the sound quality is excellent and from the people Ive called, they say can hear me very well. Now I cant do without it, and when using it with my voice activated phone, its just the best.

If your not sure about getting one of these headsets then this one should make it easy for you. Even though the price snuck up three bucks after I got mine it is still a good price. It works well and after you get used to it the headset is great for use in the car! It's a breeze to set up and I had a couple of questions for customer service and they were great...

I read some reviews of this headset and others and this is the first bluetooth device I have owned. I am not disappointed with this purchase. It functions as promised. The sound quality is good on my end and I have asked others on the other end of the line and they have not complained about the quality yet. Of course as with other bluetooth devices, wind noise or background noise is a problem but when I am in my car with the windows up or in my house or office I have not had anyone complain about the quality of the transmission. I use this device with a Motorola KRZ1 and the connection is fast and easy. I bought one of these for both my wife's phone and my phone and we are pleased with the price paid and the quality. I usually use pricegrabber.com for technology purchases but from the reviews I read for these headsets from other online retailers I decided to go with a reputable online retailer like buy.com vs. another online seller that may have saved me a few dollars. However, with free shipping this device was extremely cost competitive with other online retailers at the time of purchase because buy.com was running a special.

I bought the H350 as a replacement for an older Motorola headset that was lost. The H350 is far superior in every way! The piece that wraps around your ear is covered in a soft gel-like coating that is very comfortable. The headset was easy to pair with my phone and computer. The sound quality from the headset is very nice, and the volume is superior to the last headset I owned. I haven't received any negative feedback from those people I've talked to with it, so I can only assume the microphone is working well. Overall I am extremely satisfied with this purchase. Great value!

For business purposes I have been using my cell phone quite a lot and was very much trying to avoid putting the antenna of my phone to my head. When I changed phones I also decided to get a BT earpiece. I have had this for a week now and am very happy with it. The only disadvantage is the inability to adjust the earpiece, thus causing pain after a while using it. I also tried keeping it in my ear during a trip and it was the same thing. Overall the sound is great and can be adjusted on the earpiece itself. I also use the voice recognition option on the phone and it works well with the earpiece.

I bought this for my wife to replace a Jabra wireless headset that she didn't like. The H350 is more comfortable to wear than the Jabra. Pros: Good sound qaulity; comfortable on the ear; long standby time. Cons: No adjustment for earpiece.
