Slightly larger than the rechargeable H500 model I use for work. The battery also makes it a bit heavier. It tends to hang down in front a little. Alkaline battery lasts a couple of weeks. If you are looking for something small, light and minimally conspicuous, pick the H500 or something else. Otherwise, it's OK.

It is a little on the heavy side but is due to the AAA battery. I prefer having the replacable battery rather then having to recharge it as it always seems on my old headset that the battery dies when I am not near anywhere I can charge it. This one you just pop out the battery and put a new one in.
