4 of 5 Good sound quality Wednesday, November 04, 2009 A Customer from Franklin Park, NJ
Worked without any problems - I also use a Motorola phone. Good sound quality. Noise cancellation works well. Nice design. Good battery life. Volume could be a little higher. Was this review helpful?
1 of 5 Terrible fidelity. I was unable to use it. Monday, July 06, 2009 Jim from Austin, Texas
I thought, "finally, a blue tooth headset by Motorola at a reasonable price". I'd priced this same head set at over $100 at retail outlets.
The blue tooth setup was a snap. My phone and it found each other and linked up easily.
The disappointment came when I tried to make my first call. The noise cancellation was so severe that everyone said I sounded like I was very muffled. In some cases I had to shut off the headset to complete the call.
The fit isn't great in my ear either. I found myself always pushing it in for better security.
All in all, a bust. I sent it back. Was this review helpful?

I brought the headset from ZenithMobile. It did not come with multiple ear cushions and charge station, but I am ok with it. However, it came in DOA (accept call button broken). The headset does not look like new (got scratches, and dirty stuff on it). I demanded an exchange and the seller simple asked to work with Motorola instead. Judge for yourself before you buy. I am demanding a return. Was this review helpful?

The “New OEM in Poly-Bag” version does not come with all the accessories that the “real” OEM version does. i.e. non-OEM charger, Multiple ear cushions, Deck stand, etc. The sound quality was very poor, It took almost two full weeks to be delivered. I need to return it. Was this review helpful?

To be honest I was pretty skeptical first about how this would work with 2 phones but…. That works perfect!
If you think you are buying a headset with “noise cancelation” you are wrong. Although the sound is good, it does not have any noise cancelling capabilities. The fit is good and turning it “off and on” is simple. For the money you have to pay at buy.com it is very much worth the try.
All together a very nice gadget that works very well but does not do what a Jawbone (for example) does! I would recommend it if you travel a lot and you have a business and a private phone.
