Well designed and highly useful. Not only is it a great bluetooth speaker, it also can be used as a portable speaker for audio devices. The only issue is that this speaker uses a MicroUSB port for charging. I expected a MiniUSB port since it's more commonly used, but since MicroUSB is the charger standard for the future, I think it's fine. Was this review helpful?

I use the EQ5 for conference calls up to 8 people. The sound was loud enough for all to hear in a small conference room. The microphone picks up voices within a few feet. I also use it in the car. The flip out stand allows it to sit on my steering column with out slipping off. Add some adhesive velcro and you can stick it to your visor. Was this review helpful?

I bought this as a Christmas present for my Dad so he could connect it to his iPhone and listen to music when he and my mother travel. He's not the most technical guy, but he had it connected via Bluetooth and working in just a few minutes. The sound is great for such a small device. You'll never confuse the sound with a full sized sound system, but it's a ton better than the cheap units out there. I can't comment on battery life yet, but if it's as good as my Motorola Bluetooth headphones, then I'll be very impressed. Was this review helpful?
