Does exactly what I wanted it to do. it's loud enough to hear, comfortable, and wireless! People guess that i'm in my office, not driving down the road...so the noise cancelling is superb. Actually, I was standing next to a busy state highway with people driving all around me, and the person on the other end still thought I was just sitting in my office - they didn't hear any road noise.
