Without having a lightning strike I cant tell you how it performs. The unit looks nice, the blue glow is cool. I talked to Monster tech support about the device and they claim to truly guarantee attached equipment up to said amount on packaging. You cant beat the price from buy.com from a main stream retailer. If i have time, ill try plugging the TV into the wall, viewing it, and back into the surge protector and viewing it to see how much if any it cleans up the picture. overall, without getting really technical, from the research i did on surge protectors for LCD/Plasma TVs, this is probably overkill for the customer with just a TV and DVD setup. Being that it IS overkill it is still a GREAT BUY. I STRONGLY suggest this product. Was this review helpful?

Its a surge protector, so if it does what it is supposed to do I'm happy. It did feel a lot cheaper than the Monster ones I am familiar with, but that could be because it is designed to be slim and hang on the wall. Great price:) Was this review helpful?
