Its not too shabby and does the job. However, the adapter portion is quite bulky. The mic works well as does the clicker (I'm using a 2G iPhone). It's a bit annoying, especially since I only use this at the gym. However, it does the job and that's that.
The iSoniTalk comes with little clips on the wire to attach to your headphones as well. This def helps in cable management. Was this review helpful?

I bought one in an Apple store in NYC, had it three weeks, and promptly broke it by putting my iPhone in my pocket and sitting down in the car. The piece that sticks out from the iPhone is very stiff, not flexible, and it doesn't take much pressure to bend it to the point of breaking. However, I liked it so much while I had it that I bought another one from buy.com. The sound through my regular headphones is so much better than the Apple earbuds (which hurt my ears to wear), and although the Monster microphone doesn't appear to do as good a job as the original iPhone one, it's sufficient for my purposes. I'm just very careful now about where I put my iPhone, and I take the Monster converter out before putting the iPhone in my purse or pocket. Was this review helpful?

One of the best iPhone products produced to date. With one major flaw. If you plan on using this with your iphone in your pocket the plug will put major stress on the iPhone jack and microphone will cut out, eventually I think it would cause damage to the iPhone. Currently I'm looking for an adapter to use with this product because it works very well otherwise.
