Pros: Has a TON of space without being too unwieldy. If you need to carry a lot of stuff all day- say, you're on campus for several classes in one day, it's great. Extremely comfortable to wear; by far the most comfortable of any bag I've owned. Feels very heavy duty. I expect it to last forever.
Cons: Not enough organization options. Too few pockets inside the main zippered pockets. Small items - pens, calculator, camera, etc. - get lost at the bottom really easily. The "Superior SafetyCell computer protection compartment" doesn't cover the entire laptop. A 12" MacBook would probably be covered the entire way, but my 15" is left partially exposed. I don't worry about it because the bag itself is great padding; I don't expect any damage to come to my laptop. Having to unbuckle the flap gets annoying.
