5 of 5 Very Satisfied Wednesday, July 02, 2008 Jim from Oklahoma City, OK
This is a very nice radio. It is smaller than most and has great features for a radio with such little cost. I agree with other reviewers that navigating is a bit confusing, but once you use it a few times it should be fairly easy to remember. Oddly enough, Midland didn't make the stand a charging stand. It has two holes in the bottom where they could have fashioned posts so the radio could charge while docked (there are terminals on the bottom of the radio), but instead you have to plug the power adapter into the side of the radio. I'm afraid that doing this too many times might cause this rubber component to wear. How much more would it have cost to just make the stand hot? I do like the radio and would definately recommend it to anyone who wants a small, reliable, radio with nice features and low cost. I've owned Midland radios (CBs, weather radios, walkie talkies) for years and they are very reliable. Was this review helpful?
4 of 5 Great Value - A Little Hard to Use Wednesday, July 02, 2008 A Customer from Hastings, MN
I have to agree with the other review, this radio is loaded with features and costs a fraction of what it should. The value is 5+++ but it could use one more button. Some of the functions are hard to get used to doing because they are all on a few multifunctional buttons. Once you can master that though there is no better deal out there...I looked high and low. The features and accessories for the price are second to none. Was this review helpful?

This is not a user friendly radio in my opinion. I have to keep getting out the instructions to get it to do what I want. Buttons have multiple uses. I think I have it now however. Well, maybe not. Was this review helpful?
