It would have been great if the remote worked on all Zune players but I got an 8 GB Zune and dose not work. I'm keeping it only because of ac adapter so that I can charge the Zune when I’m not at a computer and also for the cool looking hard case.

I wanted to get an AC adapter and extra sync cable for my Zune 30. I know they have cheap no-name brands out there, but I don't trust them (most don't seem to be UL-certified) and wanted the Zune-branded gear. Well, the AC adapter by itself typically costs $25-$30 on its own, and the sync cable goes for about $20. This travel kit includes both of those items for just the cost of the cable! The way I see it, the rest of the included accessories (remote, "premium" ear buds, and case) are all just gravy. Additionally, ordering from Buy.com was a breeze.

Nice size case that allows for extra space. The headphones went to my kids but the extra cable and the case itself was a good value. Now if they'd included a car adapter (USB car chargers are available many places for not much money) it'd truly be a complete travel kit. As it stands, it's still good bang for the bucks.

Great value for the money. The hard case is excellent for travel, it's sturdy. It is difficult to open which is a pain.

if you travel and want to protect your zune at the same time get a new set of plug, earbuds (noise cancelling ones) and sync cable..so worth it!

The charger and synch cord alone are worth what I paid. The case seems just about indestructible and the Zune 30 fits perfectly inside. The earbuds are about equal in quality to the factory buds that came with my Zune. They seem a little quieter but they are much more comfortable. The adapter for a second set of earbuds is kind of a joke (very staticy when you touch it) but it does work so you can share your tunes if you like. It's a throw away piece as far as I'm concerned. Overall I would feel safe packing my Zune in my luggage with this and would recommend it to anyone. My boss saw mine and when he heard the price bought one for himself and one for his daughter.

I am so pleased with the purchase I made to carry and store my Zune MP3 player. I was carrying it around in my hand and on several occasions I left my Zune but was able to recover it from where I had left it. I consider myself fortunate because I was able to get it back. I was searching for some type of carrying case for my Zune which could accomondate my needs when traveling, I was cheking buy.com weekly specials and found just what I needed. This a great product at a great price from a great web site.

I purchased this item with the hope of using the remote part of the device in my car, however, the remote has never worked. I don't know if it was designed for a 30 Gig Zune or not. I have an 80 Gig device and the instructions/information regarding the product are seriously lacking. I really do not want to return the whole package as just 1 item doesn't seem to work, but don't really have any other options. The "premium" earbuds are less than the set I got with the device originally. The travel case is great. Overall disappointed in the bulk of the purchase.

I own an 80GB 2nd gen Zune and have been a bit surprised at the price for accessories. This kit, while originally made for the 1st gen 30GB Zune, works great with my device. I recently used this for a long trip, and it was great to keep my Zune and all of the accessories together in one place safely. The only downside is that the remote included with this kit only works with the 30GB Zune, so I gave that to a friend. Otherwise, this has worked very well for me.

The only thing that could be improved is the earbuds. They are comfortable, but the sound is not the best, a little scratchy and tinny sounding. Wouldn't exactly consider them to be deluxe. The case itself and all other accessories are great.

The whole set, sold separately, is 3 times the price. The sound is exquisite. However, the wire of the earphone looks like it will never get smooth. Source is OK, same for cable. A neat kit for a good price. The "extension" is quite useless and not so well crafted, but it's a welcome addon for enthusiasts. Very good deal!

The only problem that I am having with this product is the earbuds. The earbuds keep falling off my ears and if I push them in too much, my ears get hurt. I have also tried the other earbud sleeves, but it did not help. The storage case is bulky, but it is very durable. Overall, I think this is a fair deal because it also comes with the AC charger and the extension kit, which allows me to connect up to 3 headphones to the Zune.

I don't know how Buy.com does it, but I'm glad they do. The exceptionally low price on such a high quality item. The Travel Kit is a very well thought out accessory. It protects my Zune from just about every element. I absolutely love the Premium Headphones and the choice between 3 different intercanular ear gels. With ease, you'll find the proper size to customize fit and then enjoy unsurpassed high & low frequencies like you've never heard before. The extra sync cable is a plus, you absolutely can't have enough of these. One for the PC, one for the AC adapter, and of course one for the office. The built-in remote is a nice touch also. I Highly Recommend this accessory package. I've recently purchased all of my Zune accessories from Buy.com and I love them all.

I was very surprised when I recieved the Travel Kit, as the price right was great for the earphones alone, and was one of the main draws. I put on my favorite song, turned the volume up to 12, and listened for a moment with the stock earbud's. I then swapped them with these and was blown away by how quiet these are! I have to put them up to 18 to get same volume. Needless to say, if I want to listen to anything that would be considered "slightly loud", I have to max the volume out. Using the stock earbuds blow these away and have more bass, yet aren't as comfortable. A severe disappointment. The rest of the kit is nice, if I ever travel with my wife and want to watch the same movie or listen to the same music.

I bought this to protect my Zune and keep it organized and took both to Egypt for a vacation. After watching the luggage handlers I was glad I did. The case is roomy enough to fit the accessories and protective enough to prevent the damage that would surely have taken place if it wasn't in the case. The mesh pocket makes it easy to see where everything is and the dark color makes it easy to disguise on the floorboard of the car, just make sure to put the Zune label on the bottom. The charger is small so it doesn't take up the whole end of a surge protector. The price was great too. I found it for much higher prices in a couple of different places and was glad that Buy.com had it for such a great price. Both this and my 30g were the best buys I made this Christmas. Love them both.

I purchased this cause of the simple idea to be able to carry all the accesories and zune in one simple compact way. The items ear phones are much more clear sounding than the stock supplied zune phones. The case is bulky and larger but it does allow you to easily carry the accesories for travel as its made to do. I like the design of the case and how everything fits nicely in there. I have a shell ( griffin sound stage hard case ) for my zune that i keep on it to keep it new looking. The opening in the case for your zune allows me to keep the protective shell still on also which is a bonus that allows me to just remove it and work out. The control that comes with it functions nicely and has a clip on it to clip to your shirt or pants pocket. Another ac adapter allows me to take one with me on the go and the sync cable helps having more than one to. I would highyl recommend this. Stores sell it for $50 + and here its a steal.

The headphones work on anything. The case is fine, but you cannot put the zune in a case, in this case, so it is a bit strange. The remote does not work. Not sure if defective or just not for 80 gig machines. It plugs in but no action. So for $25.00 I got a case and a good travel headphones - plus an electric plug in - so not too too bad.

The case is bulky ... it could be about 1/2 the size and still be useful. I guess it could you in your carry-on luggage. It seems as if it would take being dropped off a second story building. The headphones are excellent. I love that whole aspect of the package and was why I got it. Sound is superior to the OEM ones that come with the 30GB Zune. The charger is nice, but I now have two of these because I got the A/V pack. An extra USB cable is nice. The MS ones are superior to aftermarket ones. Again ... for $24.95 I got these for the headphones and the cable with the volume and control features. It allow you to have the player tucked into your pocket or jacket and use the wired remote to change songs and adjust the volume. Controls are small ... but nice. This is well made - like all MS products for Zune.

A nice case - allows room to carry other items, handy to keep in your backpack or other. Should have included a car charger if it's a travel kit. I use my other earplugs so cant attest to the quality of the included earplugs. Worth the 28 bucks!

Awesome price on what I consider an essental bundle for your zune player. Gear case holds the zune along with all your cords and headphones. AC charger is a great asset for when you travel and don't have access to a computer just remember to have your usb cable with you, the usb end plugs into the ac charger. I paid a little more for it than the current price, its a steal now so anyone that got the incredible BUY.COM price on the chocolate zune shouldn't hesitate to buy this accessory, I don't think anyone would be sorry they did.

If you travel with your Zune, this is the must-have accessory. The case is sturdy and has compartments that securely fit your earphones, remote, sync cable, AC adapter and the Zune. It plugs into the Zune connection port and has full controls to play, pause and move forward and back between songs, with dual earphone jacks that allow two people to listen at the same time and each can set their own volume level. Of course you can pay LOTS more for an iPod and get a smaller screen and no FM radio -- and accessories that will set you back hundreds of dollars! With my Zune, I have all my music, free movies (converted from DVD) free TV shows (recorded using Windows Media Center with Windows Vista) and podcasts galore. This is a must have accessory for your Zune. It allows you to charge the unit away from a computer, it has improved ear phones and the remote is handy in allowing you to store unit in a coat pocket but still easily control the Zune. The price is EXTREMELY reasonable for what you get.
