The two features that are most beneficial to me in Outlook 2007 are the ability to separate multiple e-mail addresses into separate PST files and the ability to have PST files larger than 2 GB. The ability to create multiple calendars is nice. The contacts lists seem to have trouble sorting by company and then last name. The search utility is cumbersome. It has crashed a few times in Windows XP basic. But nothing was lost.
