5 of 5 Highly Recommended Wednesday, February 20, 2008 Griff from NJ
I'm not a gamer, so I primarily use this keyboard for office productivity and heavy web surfing. With that in mind I purchased this keyboard using this criterion:
<p></p>
PRO: Programmable Favorites keys allows access to files, folders, webpages, and applications.
CON: Only 5 Favorite keys.
<p></p>
PRO: The media controls allow me to control iTunes globally from any application which is a plus.
CON: No eject key.
<p></p>
PRO: The keys are very quiet and responsive when typing long documents in a quick manner.
<p></p>
PRO: The zoom slider makes increasing/decreasing the fonts on a webpage quick and easy with a push of a finger opposed to using the key combination of Ctrl+/Ctrl-. Was this review helpful?

5 of 5 All around great keyboard Friday, November 03, 2006 A Customer from Riverside, CA
This is overall a great keyboard. The zoom slider is great for working with pictures, but also great for increasing/decreasing zoom on text such as word documents and webpages.
<p>
E-mail keys are placed over the Function keys and Microsoft has included an "F Lock" key above the numberpad to toggle between Function and E-mail keys. Volume control is always a plus and that is included also. Next to the F Lock key is a quick access Calcultor key, Windows Log off key, and sleep key.
<p>
Microsoft has even thought to include quick access keys for My Document, Picture, Music, Mail, Homepage, and Messenger. Five programmable keys are also included for quick launching favorites or frequently used programs.
<p>
The best part is that all of these extras can be reprogrammed for whatever you want. If you're like me and you're into quick shortcuts and multi-tasking than I highly recommend this keyboard. Was this review helpful?
5 of 5 Trust Microsoft to deliver value..... Tuesday, October 24, 2006 TAK from Elizabeth, PA

5 of 5 Love it! Saturday, July 08, 2006 Sabin from Boston, MA
The soft keys, the layout, everything about this keyboard is ergonomic and designed with the consumer in mind. The available USB/PS2 connections make this even more worth it for the money. I was looking for a replacement for my existing Viewsonic USB keyboard, and this was it. Also, another good feature is the programmable hot keys. Microsoft hardware seems to be getting top notch, considering how I was the first one to get the first generation wireless mouse, and was less than impressed with it. I give this a 10 out of 10. 5 of 5 Great Quality, Quiet Typing and Lots of Cool Keys Wednesday, May 03, 2006 Lori from Virginia
I am so glad I got the MS Digital Pro keyboard instead of just a standard (cheaper) one! Love the look of the black keys, the flat non-slip design and the optional wrist rest. After one day I already love the volume buttons so I can increase or decrease the volume of my streamlink with one touch, plus mute it when the phone rings. Also on one touch - instant message (you choose MSM or AOL), email, and your 5 favorite webpages. These hot buttons are fully customizable - I enter a lot of rates on forms, so one of mine is set to "paste" and that is a real timesaver over CTRL-V because I can hit tab with one hand and the hot button with the other! I priced this and Buy had the best deal with free shipping -- plus it arrived in 2 days via FedEx! That's the best free shipping ever :) Was this review helpful?
