I have two of these. the typing is quiet, and the mouse is accurate!

The first shipment arrived and the mouse was DOA. Ordered another one and requested a return authorization. Although Buy.com is great on both price and shipping, they are not so hot on processing returns. They have had my return now for two week and I have heard nothing. I also have had no response from emails I sent requesting information. It is a bit frustrating. Was this review helpful?
