Players who own both Metroid Fusion and Metroid Prime will be able to access sweet special features by connecting the two systems using the Nintendo GameCube Game Boy Advance Cable. After completing Metroid Prime and connecting the two games, you'll be able to play through the game wearing Samus's Fusion Suit from Metroid Fusion.
Pressing the Y Button activates Samus's missiles, and the X Button engages the Morph Ball. The game switches to a third-person perspective while Samus is in Morph Ball form.
In Morph Ball form, Samus can roll through tight quarters, place bombs, activate switches and much more.
When Samus lands on Tallon IV to begin her investigation of Space Pirate activity, the bounty hunter is stripped of most power-ups. It's up to you to explore the world and recover the many power-ups and weapons which gradually open more and more gameplay areas.

This game is just like Halo but better in many ways. The graphics are definetly the same and the gameplay is harder. The guns aren't as good since you only have one certain kind but it changes forces.There is a regular bullet that explodes littles bombs on the creatures a fire beam and a ice beam there is one more but I can't rember that one. The games setup is great and complete well done compared to Halo's repetative gameplay engine where the second level is like the fifth level. This game is definetly a must buy and a add on feature that your Gamecube needs to be complete.

I played the original metroid for nintendo when I was a kid and I was amazed to find the similar creatures in a more realistic look as far as graphics go. Having this game in first person was a very good idea, I for one am not a fan of first person games but it is the only way that it could have been done. A lot of the same items from metroi and super metroid are again recieved in this game as well as some add ons for them, besides from the add ons there areso completely new things
