Overall this item is ok. But you might encounter some sort of difficulty when you run it on an old CD-ROM. I had a portable CD burner (4X W 2X RE-W), which can't recognize this. But I believe it works on most of the machines.

It's been only exactly two days since I placed my order for this item (50PK CDR MEDIA 48X 700MB 80MIN SPINDLE)and I already have it. And it came with free-shipping, as does most of all the stuff sold on this site. My point is that the shipping policy of buy.com is unlike any other. Like before, I received my order way ahead of schedule. It wasn't scheduled for arrival at my door step for 14-21 days. But what do you know? I've already got it and been able to use it. It works just as a CD-R should with better features than others. It runs at a speed of 48x and can hold upto 80 minutes of media or 700mb of data and costs about 30 cents per disc. Performance and affordability (and fast delivery from buy.com): now that's great value. Was this review helpful?
