I don't know about how nature inspired the skins are (one was red, the other black) but the overall performance of this hard drive has been great for me so far. We had to move around at work, and the computers weren't up and running for days, but I anticipated problems and downloaded nearly my entire hard drive so I was able to continue to work from home and on a laptop. The drive was essentially plug and play (it does take up two USB ports) even though it came with software. It was quick and easy to use, and was a great help, especially at its low price. For a little more money you can go to a larger 500 gig drive, but this was perfect for me. Was this review helpful?

I love the 250GB drive but backing up data takes a long time even with the 2.0 USB connection. A power cord was included with the unit but was not needed. So far, I am happy that I purchased it. Was this review helpful?

This small hard drive gives you plenty of room, but in a compact style. The extra case covers just to choose color are a little over the top, but the product is excellent. The additional USB to power the unit is nice, but make sure you have sufficient USB ports. Was this review helpful?

Works great to back up my laptop with a 80GB hard drive....backed up the operating system and all the data...the initial transfer took 8 hours...future backups should be faster as you can update only files that have been changed. Was this review helpful?
