The third volume of Mega Rock is much like its predecessors, featuring lots of hard rock from the '70s, but it also throws in a couple bafflers, such as Johnny Nash's very un-rock "I Can See Clearly Now." The disc also includes Ted Nugent's "Cat Scratch Fever," Ten Years After's "I'd Love to Change Your Mind," Mountain's "Mississippi Queen," and the Guess Who's "American Woman."
