I haven't installed this yet because my subscription from last year won't expire until October, but I did this same thing last year and saved myself a ton a bucks. Works great on the three computers I installed it on. And of course, I got very quick shipping from buy.com.

Great price for one year of protection. Althought the software can get in the way of your browser from time to time, the AV protection is more important. My only gripe is that once you activate it you now have all three licenses ticking away. I have three PCs and only installed it on one to determine if the performance hit was acceptable... but who cares at this price.

I'm also a repeat customer of mcafee. this has been my standard antivirus protection. I have no problems so far. it appears to protect my computer. haven't noticed anything wrong with computer, so I'm content.

With the mail in rebate offer this was just a great buy. The drive works just fine. I hope I get the mail in rebate. I have had some bad experience in past in getting my mail in rebate from buy.com. I am taking one more chance to see how this one goes.

I used the web site setup method and was up and running in 10 minutes. Very pleased with range and speed. I have a mix of WPA and WPA2 devices and both G and N standards and they all work just fine. Very pleased with the the router!

For several years I have used either the Mcafee or Norton 3 User packages by buying 3 months in advance and then using the newly purchased one when my subscription expires.
This current package I will use in 2 months at a cost of $11.99

I've used McAfee to protect my laptops for several years. It does so reliably and without problems.
The new 3 computer package installed without a hitch.
The price was unbeatable.
I am probably defeating the purpose of the low-cost package by not renewing automatically each year when McAfee reminds me, but getting another disk from Buy.com works and saves a bundle.

Very easy to install and use. However, the drivers that shipped with it wouldn't work with Windows 7. Their website says "drivers coming soon!" I did call their support line and they e-mailed me new drivers, so that was good. However, I noticed that Windows started crashing a lot more -- maybe once every other day. I uninstalled the device and things stabilized. I conclude that their driver needs more work. Until it matures, I suggest getting a dual head video card instead. A little more work to install, but worth it for the stability.

I bought this laptop to test as a desktop replacement at work. I only got 5 months of light use out of it and it went dead,dead,dead. I shipped it back ($25.00+) at my expense and it came back 3 weeks later "repaired". No, it wasn't repaired and exhibited the exact same symptoms. In defense of customer service, they are paying for shipping this time. I own 2 other Acer's that still work fine after 5 years...I hope quality is not going down hill.

For $20, this can't be beat. I bought 3 (for my 2 kids) in case one gets lost or damaged. My kids love leaving messages on the recorder for each other. #3 is used all the time by the Mrs for the FM radio. I may have to order a couple more before they're gone. The only thing to note is they have to be charged with a USB port on the computer. The charge will last quite a long time, however.

2 Years on McAfee have been trouble free with one desktop and one laptop! Works well, No problems for this software! Going for 3 years next round! If your worried about bogging down the pc then it's prob time for a new computer! They make computers stonger now days! Just buy one thats a good one and has plenty of power! I have had no issues with bogging down the pc!

I have used McAfee for the past 3 years with great success, however this version was not 'acting right' with my OS Windows XP. I would get errors and it missed a virus on my wife's laptop. I now use Vipre by Sunbelt Software, it removed all of the issues that McAfee missed. Vipre consumes less space on the drive and does not bog our computers down, like McAfee.
