Totally disregard the buy.com description of this book! Although it is an excellent book for the beginning bead-and-wire-crafter, the projects listed in the buy.com description are NOT the ones in this book! After a brief introduction to the various materials and tools commonly available, there are about 100 pages of well-illustrated projects, all jewelry, but ranging in simplicity and techniques. Many use jig designs (included in the back of the book) or twisted wire beads, and they range from elegant to "funky". The variety of projects and clear instructions makes this book useful for both the novice and the more advanced crafter. After having looked at many jewelry books, this is the one I bought.
